Jeremie Ginelli is an associate specializing in complex construction, business, professional malpractice and real estate litigation. Mr. Ginelli has represented developers, general contractors, architects, and engineers, as well as subcontractors in all aspects of construction litigation including claims for defective construction, insurance coverage, contract disputes, and personal injury claims. Mr. Ginelli has also represented product manufacturers and suppliers in both complex construction and personal injury product liability claims. Mr. Ginelli has also represented lawyers, accountants and other professionals in malpractice cases. A large portion of Mr. Ginelli’s practice focuses on the defense of real estate and mortgage brokers.

Mr. Ginelli is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Ginelli is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association’s Real Estate Law Section. Mr. Ginelli is a member of the Litigation and Real Property Sections of the American Bar Association.
