Ms. Watson is a senior associate with over 25 years of litigation experience. She received her undergraduate degree from California State University, Northridge (B.A., 1981). After graduation from CSUN, Ms. Watson received her law degree from the University of La Verne (J.D., top 10 percentile, 1986). While attending ULV, Ms. Watson was a member of Law Review and was published in the Journal of Juvenile Law in 1986. Ms. Watson is also admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado.

While attending Law School, Ms. Watson ran a successful Real Estate Appraisal business, dealing primarily with single-family residences and new large single family residence and condominium projects for construction loans. During that time, Ms. Watson gained experience in the valuation of residential property as well as an understanding of the real estate and lending institution industries. Ms. Watson is also a licensed real estate broker.

Prior to joining the firm in February 2004, Ms. Watson was associated with various defense litigation firms in Southern California, including Federman, Gridley, Gradwohl and Flaherty in Century City and corporate counsel for State Farm Insurance Company. During that time, she handled numerous jury and bench trials, arbitrations, both binding and non-binding, and has extensive experience in mediating many different types of civil cases. Ms. Watson has extensive experience in the areas of personal injury, sexual harassment, construction defect, business, and real estate defense litigation.
